Keep connected with others
It’s essential to keep regular contact with others during the lockdown. Using media platforms such as Facetime, Skype and for group settings Zoom can offer large groups the ability to connect. This may not be the same as face to face interaction but it will still offer the importance of connection with others. Make sure that you book in regular slots throughout your week to speak to friends, family and any important others. These catch up’s can include completing activities together, playing games or just checking in with each other.
