Exploring post 16 options at our Liaise Evening
There was a record turnout at our Liaise Evening, with 98 year 11 and 29 year 10 students and their parents attending the event to discuss post 16 options with over 20 different organisations including colleges, the armed forces, higher education and apprenticeship providers.
Sue Mason, Leader of Enterprise and Employability said; “Careers education, information, advice and guidance is offered to students in each year at Fullhurst Community College. The impact of this provision can be seen by the significant improvements in destination measures for students leaving the college at the end of year 11. I’d like to thank all of the providers for taking part in this valuable event.”
When asked about the event, one student said; “I’m not sure what I want to do when I leave Fullhurst but it was useful to talk to people about the different options.
