Use the Pomodoro Technique for time management
The pomodoro technique is a useful time management method that helps promote focused work sessions with short breaks. This way of working helps to reduce mental fatigue and keep your attention sustained.
The pomodoro method is useful if:
- Find that little distractins can take you off course (sometimes for the whole day)
- Enjy goal setting
- Open ended wrk that needs focus
- Feel we set ur work targets too high
Only three simple rules to follow:
- Break down complicated projects into chunks
- Small tasks can go together
- Once the timer begins do not focus on anything other than the task until it rings
