Y9 Hunstanton Trip 2024
Year 9 students thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Hunstanton.
Last week, our Year 9 students embarked on an exciting journey to Hunstanton as part of the Fullhurst Pledge. For many, this was their first trip to the coast, making it an extra special experience.
The first stop of the day was the Hunstanton Sea Life Centre, a fascinating underwater world where students could explore the wonders of marine life up close. From colourful coral reefs to majestic sharks, there was something to capture the imagination of every student. One of the highlights of the Sea Life Centre was the interactive touch pool, where students had the opportunity to get hands-on with creatures like starfish and crabs. After a morning spent exploring the depths of the sea, students eagerly took to the beach, taking in the fresh sea air and enjoying the opportunity to relax and play games with their friends. Many students enjoyed building sandcastles, collecting shells or simply basking in the warmth of the sun.
The trip to Hunstanton was not only a fun day out but also a valuable learning experience for the Year 9 students. It allowed them to explore new environments, discover the wonders of the natural world, and foster a greater sense of curiosity and appreciation for the world around them.
